CreatorOps

CreatorOps AI is my One Person Company that provides agentic AI services for UGC content creators. The goal is to help creators manage the operational work that happens after they receive a content opportunity, so they can spend more time creating and less time handling admin, follow-ups, research, pricing, and project coordination. The project has two product surfaces. The first is my private founder dashboard, which is only for me as the business owner. This dashboard tracks how my company is performing: how many content creators have signed up, how many are active, how they are using the service, which social channels are bringing in customers, monthly recurring revenue, and which customers may need follow-up. It also includes AI operating nodes such as a Marketing Agent, Signup Flow, Activation Agent, Usage Monitor, Customer Health Agent, and Retention Agent. These agents help me advocate for the platform on social media, attract UGC creators, monitor usage, and identify customers whose activity is declining. The second product surface is the CreatorOps AI platform used by UGC content creators, who are my customers. Most current tools help brands find creators, but CreatorOps AI focuses on helping creators manage the workflow after an opportunity arrives. Creators can use the platform to review briefs, clarify requirements, negotiate pricing, research the brand, generate hooks and scripts, track payments, manage approvals, and update their portfolio. The current product is a working web app prototype with two main experiences. First, there is a private founder dashboard for me as the business owner (/customer_dashboard), where I can see my agents working, monitor customer signups, usage, revenue, social acquisition, and customer health. Second, there is the creator-facing platform which is for the content creators (the customers I am providing this service to), which includes a creator guide, Approval Inbox, Projects dashboard, AI Workforce view, and Settings. The creator experience is designed around human approval: AI agents can reason, draft, organize, and recommend next steps, but creators remain in control by reviewing, editing, approving, or asking the agents to improve outputs before any important action moves forward.
