TowkAI OS

TowkAI OS is a live, gamified pixel-art IDE for supervising an AI workforce. It gives OPC one visual control room to see what every AI agent is doing across multiple projects, track progress and recent updates, and intervene when needed. Each pixel worker represents an AI agent. Agents move between research, build, design, outreach, founder review and operations zones according to their current activity. The founder can click any agent to inspect its task, progress, priority, ETA, output and recent updates, then pause, reprioritise, redirect, unblock or approve its work. A live activity feed shows what changed recently, while Founder Attention surfaces anything blocked or waiting for human approval. The current MVP includes real-time simulated agent progress, activity-driven pixel movement, guided onboarding, a scripted demo, XP, quests, achievements, speed controls and three Singapore-themed visual skins: Hawker Centre, Trading Floor and Gardens by the Bay. TowkAI turns invisible agent activity into a visible, understandable and controllable operating system for one-person companies.
