PyroGrove Workflow Diagnostic Agentic Service helps SME owners, operations managers and independent consultants assess whether a recurring workflow is suitable for automation before implementation money is committed. The service structures the workflow facts, requires human confirmation, applies a deterministic ten-criterion qualification, proposes the smallest suitable automation route, and uses a live DeepSeek reviewer to independently challenge the recommendation. The AI review can change the workflow route and trigger one controlled correction, but it cannot change the qualification criteria or approve the final report. Human approval remains mandatory. The current product is a publicly accessible Streamlit prototype using synthetic data, with a downloadable diagnostic report and visible audit trail.
