Founders' Floor（updated)

Founders’ Floor is an online workplace and hands-on community for one-person company founders and independent builders, with a virtual office as its daily entry point. Build solo. Never build alone. AI now allows one person to take on product, design, development, marketing, and operations. However, it does not give a solo founder an office, coworkers, or a consistent environment for discussion and shared work. Individuals can accomplish more than ever, but they still lack a place to build everyday working relationships with other founders. In Founders’ Floor, distributed founders can enter themed rooms such as Idea, Build, Feedback, and Growth. They can see what others are working on, request a quick Desk Check, test each other’s products, take shared breaks, join lightweight activities such as Elevator Pitch, and clock out by posting what they actually completed. These completed outcomes are displayed on the Ship Wall and accumulated in each founder’s Achievement Forest, which grows through real achievements rather than time spent online. The current hackathon demo focuses on the daily virtual-office experience. In the longer term, Founders’ Floor will develop into an annual, hands-on OPC community with topic forums, recurring OPC Sprints, real founder case studies, opportunity and playbook libraries, product testing, resource exchange, contribution records, and online and offline events. It will support members from exploring opportunities to forming an idea, building a product, gaining users, and operating a sustainable one-person company.
