Deal Maker AI
0.00scoreDeal Maker AI is built on the OPC (One-Person Company) model — one broker, deploying AI agents, doing the work that used to require an accountant, a lawyer, and a researcher. A seller submission comes in — three agents run in sequence and compress what normally takes 4–8 weeks into minutes. Anchor (Agent 1) reads the seller's financials and produces a valuation range, SWOT analysis, and risk flags — replacing the accountant and due diligence review step. Beacon (Agent 2) fills Engagement Agreement and NDA/NCA clause templates from deal parameters entered into a form, and maintains a timestamped deal timeline that doubles as the introduction log — replacing lawyer drafting and manual admin. Charlie (Agent 3) produces an anonymised buyer-facing spec sheet and a ranked buyer shortlist with a personalised outreach draft per candidate — replacing manual buyer sourcing. The current product surface is a single-page internal console (Next.js, deployed on Vercel) with four tabs: Overview, Anchor, Beacon, Charlie. All three agents run on real financials from a demo listing (Grand Cruise Pte Ltd, Singapore boat-chartering). The broker reviews every output - nothing is sent automatically.
