RenoGent is an agentic renovation supervisor for Singapore HDB homeowners. It turns a floor plan and WhatsApp renovation chat into design direction, HDB compliance checks, contractor RFQs, commitment tracking, and escalation drafts. The homeowner keeps taste and final sign-off. RenoGent replaces the expensive coordination layer of an ID firm. Demo basis: a real 9-month renovation dispute with 2,171 WhatsApp messages, not synthetic data. In the hackathon build, the live WhatsApp bridge, compliance flow, commitment ledger, and whole-unit render package are connected.
