An agentic team runs everything else — intake, quoting, triage, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing. Simple jobs get subcontracted to a freelance bench (owner keeps the client, credit, and control); creative jobs return to the owner with a proxy blueprint, plant sourcing, and a timeline. A live console shows the agents working — categorizing, clash-checking, and routing every job — while Telegram lets the owner approve on their phone, synced in real time. The pitch: a company of one that operates like a team of three, banking on freelancers as a managed resource while the human stays on the craft.
