Recce

Recce is a workflow discovery agent that a solo automation consultant sends to a client as a link. A non-technical business owner talks or types through a task they repeat every week, and Recce turns that into a live, editable map of the workflow, prices the wasted hours in dollars, and produces two artifacts from one conversation: a client value brief (quote range and net savings) and a consultant build dossier (feasibility per step, build hours, risks, call agenda). It then generates an interactive click-through prototype of the client's own future tool, and runs one automation for real end to end (Google Drive, Docs, Kami). It is for solo consultants and small agencies who win work through conversations, not enterprise sales. Current surface: a deployed Next.js web app with voice or text intake, a live workflow map and waste meter, both briefs, a prototype generator that adapts to any workflow, and a working Drive/Kami automation, plus a public repo.
