• ▸Age: At least 16 years old. Participants under 18 must obtain explicit consent from a legal guardian and provide the guardian's details at registration.
• ▸Team size: Solo or small teams. Solo entry is very welcome — this is a One Person Company hackasprint, after all.
• ▸Representative: Each project appoints one representative, responsible for the submission and the pitch.
• ▸One entry per person: Participating under multiple identities, or submitting repeatedly by any means, leads to disqualification.
• ▸Geographic restrictions: You must reside in a jurisdiction where the event may legally be offered, must not be on any sanctions list, and must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). See the Official Rules for details.
• ▸Registration: Registration is subject to host approval — keep an eye on your email.

Build anything that advances the One Person Company vision: AI agents, autonomous workflows, productivity tools, or end-to-end Agentic Services. Projects should revolve around the theme — building the next-generation One Person Company with Agentic Service — starting from your own industry experience, expertise, and judgment.

• ▸A runnable prototype;
• ▸A project name and brief description — what problem it solves, what roles the AI plays, and how it runs;
• ▸A demo (if applicable);
• ▸Credits for all contributors, open-source repositories, and third-party assets.

Judging runs two parallel tracks: the Judge Track and the Public Vote Track.

• ▸Judge Track: Judges enter their assigned project zones for in-depth discussion and evaluation. Each judge picks the 2 best projects among the ones they cover, forming a first-round shortlist; the judge team then discusses and ranks the candidates — weighing innovation, real value, completeness, and Agentic Service potential — to select 9 projects into the Top 10.
• ▸Public Vote Track: On-site attendees roam the project zones, chat with builders, and vote online for their favorite. The single highest-voted project earns 1 Top 10 slot as the People's Choice. The AI judging results also serve as an auxiliary reference, giving judges an extra dimension of insight.

• ▸Real experience: Is the Agentic Service built on real industry experience?
• ▸Sound logic: Do the problem it solves and the service logic hold up?
• ▸Real AI impact: Does the AI genuinely improve efficiency, capability, or delivery scale?
• ▸Is AI necessary: Is the AI an indispensable core, or mere decoration?
• ▸Autonomous operation: Can work that used to depend on an individual now run autonomously?

• ▸Unless the organizers decide otherwise, prizes are not cumulative.
• ▸Projects that don't meet the event requirements are skipped, and the corresponding prize passes to the next qualifying project.
• ▸Winners must attend the results announcement in person; absence at the award announcement is deemed forfeiture.
• ▸Applicable taxes are the recipient's responsibility. The full distribution process will be announced separately by the organizers.

• ▸Participate honestly. Represent yourself and your project truthfully in your submission and all event communications.
• ▸Respect boundaries. Hosts, partners, and other participants each have their own time zones and schedules — no message flooding or coercive language.
• ▸Protect privacy. Do not post anyone's personal information (unauthorized photos, phone, address, email, or social accounts).

The organizers reserve the right to remove violating content, reject registrations, and disqualify any violating individual or project.

• ▸Your IP stays yours. Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property in submitted work belongs to the participant.
• ▸Any open-source code must comply with its license and be properly credited in the submission.
• ▸Ensure you have permission from all contributors and hold the usage rights to all content in your work (images, code, demo videos).

By registering, you consent to amber.ac, Amber Group, and event partners (KeyMap DAO, DN Hangzhou) collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data under applicable data-protection laws (including Singapore's PDPA 2012 and relevant Chinese laws) for registration, participant communication, event operations, judging, prize distribution, and post-event follow-up. Photos and videos including your likeness may be taken on-site for promotion; tell staff on-site if you prefer not to be filmed. Marketing messages will be sent only with separate consent.
